and thats when someone flops you dead with top set or something..

  • By Tony DiGiorno, September 30, 2013 @ 4:46 am

This is not true at all. What are you talking about? They got heads up from the flop onward and Daniel had less than a 26 % chance of outdrawing her. I don’t care what your limited experience has taught you. Stop playing scared money just because you have lost with two pair at times. The number of times you will not be outdrawn far outweighs the opposite.

It’s a deal they usally do, a gentleman’s act. If you are in front you can win the 1st one and got your money back and It prevents bad beats more often. In this case didn’t: the best hand lost twice. It’s always better to run it twice if you’re the underdog. These are huge pots, to some people (like me) this is more money than they will ever see their all life.

why did they pull the last 2 cards twice?
    Was there a side-hand ?

  • By diogotomediogo, September 30, 2013 @ 5:48 am

    talk about luck lol

In the last 5 years that I have played this game, I have had crap luck when I am with 2 pair. The % of people willing to call for a possibility of getting a flush is horrendous. Kind of depends how the table is playing, but for the most part, the % of getting a win if they stay in trying for that flush isn’t worth the risk of all-ins….

  • By michael mcgerty, September 30, 2013 @ 7:04 am

unless you bet really big to scare of flush and straight chasers, your 2 pair will more than likely lose the pot regardless, tough decision indeed, i normally bet half my chips if i flop 2 pair unless 3 suited kind come out.

Respect. She took a bad beat there and didn’t say a word. If that was Hellmuth there would be an explosion.

  • By TheCherrycokeman, September 30, 2013 @ 9:05 am

bottom two pair on the flop = nngghh! It is always tough when you get this. The decision becomes easier though depending on how many are still playing on the flop. The more people in the hand general means to relax your play. Small bets or calls, but nothing big should be made. Also, don’t be afraid to let it go if you feel you don’t have control. After Daniel re-raised her, she should have called or folded. Two over cards do not decrease the % enough to be going all in nor do low 2 pair.

they all limped? lol didnt notice blinds were 2.4k/1.2k

  • By Henry Verseti, September 30, 2013 @ 10:03 am

i thought they all limped, even tho 2400 seemed kinda high, Eli checked pre flop so I thought it was a limp or maybe a straddle

The only reason that Jamie Gold is where he is today is because all his shit cards hit for him in the World Series to help give him the win. Other than that, he’s a pompous ass that shouldn’t even be seated next to some of the best in the world.

  • By dizzammm, September 30, 2013 @ 11:11 am

Daniel won because he was against 10 7, his luckiest hand.

how do these gay comments get so many thumbs up he not even replying to anyone hes a sad bastard and i could bet my life he is a losing player

  • By TheLOLzilla, September 30, 2013 @ 1:52 pm

If she slow played, Daniel was going to still have made his straight though, so going all in at that point would be bad for her, but she could fold at that point losing less money maybe
